Nike ZoomX, it's most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before with a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy feel. The full-length carbon fiber Flyplate sits at a higher angle compared to the plate in the Vaporfly 3. It combines with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give you a propulsive feel on race day. The weight of the outsole got reduced by using a thinner rubber compared to the Vaporfly 3.
