株式会社Distance Asia（以下「当社」）は、お客様の個人情報の保護を重要な責務と認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）及びその他の関連法令を遵守した上で、以下の方針に従って個人情報を取り扱います。

1. 収集する個人情報の種類

お客様にご提供いただく情報

・氏名、住所、電話番号及びメールアドレス

・決済情報（ただしクレジットカード情報は決済代行会社が管理し、当社は保持しません）

・ご購入履歴・お問い合わせ内容

サイト利用時に自動的に収集される情報

・IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別又はアクセス日時

・サイト内の閲覧又は行動履歴

2. 利用目的

収集した個人情報は、以下の目的に限り利用します。また、当社は、従前の利用目的と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲において利用目的を変更できるものとし、その場合、当社は変更後の利用目的を公表した上で、当該目的のために個人情報を利用できるものとします。

3. 第三者提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供・開示しません。

・お客様の同意がある場合

・法令に基づき開示が求められた場合

・配送業者、決済代行会社等、業務遂行に必要な委託先に提供する場合（委託先には適切な管理を求めます）

上記にかかわらず、当社は、当社の関係会社（会社計算規則第2条第3項第25号に定義されるものとし、以下同様とします。）において、第2条に掲げる目的でお客様の個人情報を利用するために、当社の関係会社に対し、お客様の個人情報を提供することがあります。

5. 個人データの取扱いの委託

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、お客様の個人データの取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合があります。委託先には配送業者、決済代行会社、システム運用会社等が含まれます。その場合、委託先に対して以下に掲げる事項を含む、適切な管理・監督を行います。

（1）安全管理措置の実施の観点から適切な委託先を選定すること

（2）委託契約を締結すること

（3）委託先における個人情報の取り扱い状況を把握すること

6. Cookie及びトラッキングについて

当社のサイトでは、以下の目的でCookie及び類似の技術を使用しています。

Cookieとは、お客様がウェブサイトやサービスにアクセスした際の閲覧情報を、お客様のデバイス（PCやスマートフォンなどの機器）に保存する機能のことです（Webビーコン等を含みます）。Cookieは、当社のウェブサイト上で提供される機能を利用するために設けられるものと、当社と提携する第三者によって設定されるものの2種類があります。

当社では広告配信サービスを利用するため、提携先第三者の発行するCookie等による行動情報（アクセス状況、トラフィック、ルーティング等）の取得・利用が行われる場合があります。また、当社のサービスではお客様の閲覧情報を分析し、個々のお客様に適したサービスや情報、広告等を提供する目的のため、Cookie等の端末識別子を利用して、お客様に関する情報を収集し利用及び外部事業者に送信しています。

当社は、上記の目的のために、収集した情報を個人関連情報（個人情報保護法で定義するものをいいます）として第三者に提供し、当該第三者がこれを個人データ（個人情報保護法で定義するものをいいます）として取得することがあります。

Cookieの受け取りを拒否するよう、ブラウザの設定から変更できます。ただし、一部の機能が正常に動作しなくなる場合があります。

7. 安全管理措置

当社は、個人情報を保護するため、以下に掲げるものを含む、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じるものとします。

8. 個人情報の開示・訂正・削除

1. Types of Personal Information Collected

• Payment information (credit card information is managed by a payment processing company; we do not retain it)
